Status Quo: The hotel industry has a problem with young talent.
Challenge: How do you convince young people to still make the move to begin an apprenticeship at Hotel Nassauer Hof?
Our solution: For the employer branding campaign, we addressed false clichés which are usually the first thing that comes to mind with regard to working at a hotel. In doing so, it was our intent to talk about the clichés emotionally and honestly – using testimonials from real hotel employees. Upon closer examination, however, the cliché was put to rest using genuine facts from the working reality.
